Ioana is a creative systems thinker and social impact storyteller who believes culture is the most powerful lever for change. She’s made that case at UNESCO, inside grassroots movements, nonprofits, and corporate environments across Europe and beyond, driving meaningful projects and narrative work aimed to spark action. What drives her is equal parts enthusiasm for art and activist instinct: a relentless need to find what’s hidden in systems, stories, and people, and pull it into the light. She brings that conviction to the Forest City Film Festival, which she sees as a place where communities process who they are and what they believe in, giving them somewhere to belong. That, to her, is the only kind of work worth doing.
