A strategic operations leader with over 15 years of experience managing complex organizations across higher education in Southwestern Ontario. Currently Manager of Operations at Western University, she oversees multimillion-dollar budgets, leads cross-functional teams, and drives process improvements that keep mission-driven organizations running efficiently. With an MBA in progress from Carleton University and a Master of Educational Leadership from Western, Hanin brings a strong foundation in financial stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and operational strategy- skills she looks forward to contributing to the Forest City Film Festival.
