As Founder of the Forest City Film Festival, Dorothy conceptualized and grew a start-up regional initiative into a nationally recognized 10-day event presenting 100+ films annually and launching the Ontario Screen Creators Conference — a revenue-positive industry platform designed to connect creators, funders, and decision-makers, and the Ontario Youth Film Festival – celebrating high school creatives from across the province.
